- Every quote is itemized and includes a validity period. Fees for warehouse, documentation, and dispatch are set by us and guaranteed. Carrier and port rates move with the market, and when they do, you hear about it before your next booking. A shipment already booked runs at the rate we quoted.

- Your representative at Dapex, from quote to BL. Direct phone, WhatsApp, and email on every quote and every pre-alert.
- Every step is documented.
- Photos at auction pickup. Photos plus a written condition report at warehouse receipt. Photos at container loading. Title, filings, HBL, invoice, and packing list as each is issued. All in MyDapex within one business day.
- Fast release of your shipment.
- We bill what we quoted, line for line. Payment releases your cargo right away. If a third-party charge arises, you're notified of the reason and the source before invoicing.
- Proactive approach.
- Shipment status is live in MyDapex. When something needs your call, a reroute, a customs exam or a carrier rate change, your account manager reaches you first, giving you enough time.

How it works
From inquiry to BL.
You send. We quote.
VIN, lot number, auction yard, destination port. WhatsApp or email to your account manager. You get an itemized quote with the validity period on it.
You buy. We pick up.
You pay the auction directly. The car is ready. Send the lot number and buyer ID, and we will arrange pickup at the yard within 3 business days. The driver photographs the vehicle at pickup. Photos in MyDapex.
We load. We file. We book.
The vehicle arrives at our warehouse. Photographs and a written condition report at receipt. Container loaded by our crew. AES and ISF filed in-house. Ocean carrier booked. We issue our own House BL.
You get the documents. Payment releases the cargo.
HBL, commercial invoice, packing list, pre-alert to your clearing agent at destination. Live tracking in MyDapex from receipt to discharge. The invoice is settled upon arrival, and the container is released once payment clears. Arrival notice the moment we receive it from the line.
A real quote
The account manager's name is on it. The validity period is on it. The number at the bottom is the price you pay.
Once we set your rate, it holds across your following shipments. You see the same number on every quote until carrier pricing changes, and when it does we tell you before your next booking.

Carrier relationships
When space runs short, our cargo loads first.
We have booked with the same carriers for close to twenty years. When a route closes and space gets rationed, that history is the difference between your car sailing and your car waiting.
